From time to time our outlet goes offline. During these offline periods we will not be able to dispatch orders. We will still be able to answer any queries. You can contact us using our 'contact us page'

Payment Details

  • We accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

  • If you decide to use methods such as Paypal, Klarna or Goole pay you may be taken to their website whereby you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
  • You can only redeem one voucher/discount code per order. If you have multiple voucher/discount codes for our outlet you can redeem one of them and use the other discount codes in future orders.
  • Our voucher/discount codes have expiry dates, therefore, you may want to use the discount code that's nearing its expiry date. Once a discount code expires it will stop working and can not be reissued once it has expired.
  • We do not directly offer credit or 'pay in installment' services. We however, have Paypal & Klarna payment methods whom have the options of 'Buy now pay later'. Please visit the respective websites for their terms and conditions.

Shipping Information

  • Standard delivery costs £3.5 for orders under £25. 
  • FREE standard delivery for orders over £25. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is within 5 working days.
  • Express delivery costs £4.95 for orders under £25 or £2 for orders between £25 - £59.99
  • FREE Express delivery for orders over £60. Estimated delivery time for Express shipping is within 3 working days.
  • Unfortunately we currently don't offer 'Guaranteed' next day delivery.

 

  • Standard delivery: majority of orders arrive within 5 working days.

  • Express delivery: majority of orders arrive within 3 working days.

  • We currently do not offer guaranteed 'next working day' delivery.
  • Delivery can take longer during Bank Holidays and Christmas period.
  • We ship to U.K addresses only. However, If you're an international customer residing outside the UK and would like to purchase our products there are parcel forwarding services you can use to get your parcel shipped out to you. We recommend: www.forward2me.com (affiliate link)

  • This will allow you to shop not only from MajorCrafts but from various other U.K retailers (even benefit from free UK delivery offer by us and other UK retailers). You will then receive one address from the parcel forwarding company whom will combine all your purchases into one box and ship them out to you for one postage Fee.

  • Please note: International customers are still responsible for any import duty and tax charges imposed by their government.

Order Information

  • Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. However, we do recommend that you create an account if you would like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.
  • There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via the contact us page or the 'live chat' we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
  • This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch via the contact us page just in case there’s a problem with your order.
  • Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
  • We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end.
  • We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.
  • Majority of orders arrive within 5 working days.
  • Please expect longer delivery times during Bank Holidays and Christmas period. 
  • Contact us after 10 days have passed from the day you placed your order if your parcel still hasn't arrived.
  • Sadly, we’re unable to modify orders/products. All our items are pre-packed and sold as listed. 
  • This is also the same for mixed colour packs. All our 'mixed colours' embellishments are randomly mixed, therefore, we can not guarantee which colours or how many quantities of each colour you'll receive. If you'd like a certain colour please use the individual colour listing of that product. 

Returns information

  • You can return your item to us for a refund or an exchange within 45 days as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging. The 45 days returns countdown starts from the day you placed your order.
  • To request a return send us a message via the contact us page or the live chat.
  • Whereby we have made an error, we will pay for the return postage costs .
  • Whereby the customer is returning because they have changed their mind or they ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@majorcrafts.co.uk with the details or message using the 'chat box on our website'.
  • If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Whereby we have made an error, we will pay for the return postage costs .
  • Whereby the customer is returning because they've changed their mind or they ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
  • We aim to process refunds within 2 days of an item being returned to us. Please note that your bank may however, take several days to process the payment back into your account.
  • With that said, please allow up to 5 working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
